Bollywood Celebrities Congratulate ISRO For Chandrayaan-3’s Historic Moon Landing
As India’s Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft successfully touched down on the lunar surface on Wednesday night, celebrities from Bollywood were among the many Indians celebrating this historic achievement. Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and more stars praised the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) team for pulling off the challenging lunar landing mission.
With this accomplishment, India has become the fourth nation after the United States, China and Russia to successfully land a spacecraft on the moon. Chandrayaan-3 landed in the moon’s South Pole region, making India the first country to do so.
Many actors expressed their excitement and pride on social media about India reaching this space milestone. Several shared reaction videos of themselves watching the tense landing operation, and posted congratulatory messages for ISRO after the mission succeeded. The Bollywood community joined the many Indians applauding ISRO’s talented scientists and engineers for their perseverance and skills in making Chandrayaan-3’s lunar landing a reality.
