Deepika’s company, KA Enterprises LLP, has acquired a luxurious apartment in the prestigious Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society in Bandra West, Mumbai. The 1,846-square-foot apartment, purchased in September 2024, comes with a hefty price tag of Rs 17.78 crore.

Deepika’s mother-in-law, Anju Bhavnani, has also invested in the same building. She has purchased an adjacent flat of 1,822.45 square feet for Rs 19.13 crore. Interestingly, Deepika’s husband, Ranveer Singh, had already acquired multiple floors in the same building for a whopping Rs 119 crore in 2022.
