Salman Khan Settled Rahul Roy’s Medical Bills Post his Brain Stroke in 2020

Rahul Roy rose to fame overnight when his first film, Aashiqui, was released in 1990. In a recent interview with a media company Rahul Roy and his sister Priyanka recalled those trying times when Rahul had a brain stroke, describing how they handled the critical medical situation. Priyanka mentioned that Salman Khan settled Rahul Roy’s medical bills post his brain stroke in 2020. She further stated that she pushed Rahul to contact Salman for work now that his health had recovered.

Salman Khan has quietly assisted numerous individuals in the film industry, exemplifying his helpful nature. Recently, Rahul Roy and his sister Priyanka, also known as “Hari Maa,” expressed their appreciation for Salman Khan. They praised Salman as a highly esteemed and respected personality within the entertainment world.

Priyanka stated that Rahul experienced a brain stroke a few years ago while filming LAC – Live the Battle in Ladakh. Following the incident, Rahul was airlifted and received medical care at Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai. “The commendable part is Salman did not discuss it in front of the media,” Priyanka continued. This is what it means to be with someone truly. This touched my heart. “This man is a treasure.” Rahul added while praising Salman, “he reached out and asked if he could help, and he did. I am quite grateful to him”.

Rahul Roy starred in filmmaker Kanu Behl’s film Agra, which opened at the Cannes Film Festival sooner this year. He was most recently seen in Zee5’s Cabaret.
