Shah Rukh Khan Unveils Teaser of Dunki, his Immigrant Comedy Drama With Rajkumar Hirani
On his 58th birthday, Shah Rukh Khan treated fans with the first teaser of his much-awaited film ‘Dunki.’ This Rajkumar Hirani directorial marks SRK’s maiden collaboration with the ace filmmaker known for human stories like ‘Munna Bhai’ series and ‘PK’.
The nearly 2-minute long teaser introduces SRK’s character Hardy, an immigrant in Punjab who dreams of reaching London. Hardy tells his friends, including Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu, “Mere liye toh sirf ye char bewkoof hi meri family hai jo mujhe London jana hai.”
Teaser Shows SRK’s Promise to Friends
The ‘Dunki Drop 1′ teaser shows Hardy promising his friends that he will take them to London by any means. The video features shots of the friends’ struggles to reach London while crossing deserts and taking a train journey together.
