Chandramukhi 2: Kangana Ranaut Stuns in First Look of Upcoming Horror Thriller
P. Vasu’s upcoming Tamil-language comedy horror film, Chandramukhi 2, is the standalone sequel to the 2005 release Chandramukhi, which starred Rajinikanth and Jyothika in the lead roles. Produced by Subaskaran Allirajah and distributed by Lyca Productions, the new film features Raghava Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut as the titular characters, with Vadivelu, Srushti Dange, and Lakshmi Menon in supporting roles.
“P Vasu’s 2005 horror hit, Chandramukhi”, starring famed actors such as Rajinikanth, Jyothika, Nayanthara, Prabhu, and Vadivelu, is being brought back to the screen as its sequel, ‘Chandramukhi 2’. The movie casts Raghava Lawrence, Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Radhika, Lakshmi Menon, and Mahima Nambiar in the starring roles.
Kangana Ranaut has unveiled her character’s first look in the upcoming horror thriller, Chandramukhi 2. The gorgeous actress looks stunning as Chandramukhi in the newly-released first look. The movie is on its way to hit the cinemas this September in celebration of Vinayagar Chaturthi.
Kangana Ranaut has been confirmed to be playing the character of Chandramukhi in the upcoming movie, ‘Chandramukhi 2’. The makers revealed an earlier poster featuring the actor Raghava Lawrence in the role of King Vettaiyan, and the storyline is said to explore his relationship with Chandramukhi in a horror drama. Fans are in for a surprise as production progresses.

The shooting for ‘Chandramukhi 2’ took place in Mysuru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Recently, the crew filmed a grand dance number in Georgia. Now, the post-production is underway and the film is expected to be released for Vinayagar Chaturthi festival.
The makers of Chandramukhi 2 released the first look poster and now have given a glimpse of the film’s first single, “Swagathaanjali”. It stars Kangana Ranaut and features music composed by MM Keeravaani and vocals by Sreenidhi Tirumala. The full song is expected to be released soon and stars Raghava Lawrence as the male lead of the movie.
