Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Announce Pregnancy, Due September 2024
Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh delighted fans today with the announcement that they are expecting their first child together. The baby is due in September 2024.

The announcement on the couple’s Instagram was met with an outpouring of congratulations and well-wishes from fellow Bollywood celebrities. Priyanka Chopra, Vikrant Massey, Sonakshi Sinha, and Kriti Sanon were among the many stars who commented with congratulatory messages on social media.
Chopra, who has worked with both Padukone and Singh, affectionately wrote “Mubarak” with a heart emoji. Meanwhile, Massey, who co-starred with Padukone in Chhapaak, said “Bahut bahut shubhkamnaen aap dono ko.”

The Power Couple’s Love Story
Padukone and Singh first met in 2012 while filming Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and began dating shortly after. They kept their relationship private in the early years.
After much speculation, the pair tied the knot in November 2018 with intimate Konkani Hindu and Sikh Anand Karaj wedding ceremonies held in Italy’s Lake Como.
