Actress Mala Sinha’s Classic Bungalow gets Sold; Actress to get 2 Floor in the 22-storey Tower

Mala Sinha, a seasoned actress, earned a name for herself in the entertainment world and emerged as a role model for aspiring actresses in Hindi Cinema. According to recent reports, the yesteryears actress Mala Sinha’s classic bungalow gets sold, and the actress will get two floors in the 22-storey building. According to a report published by ETimes, a builder & developer, Varun Kothari, dismantled the property on Bandra’s Turner Road just a few months ago; a 22-story tower known as Palmera is presently being constructed in the exact location.

Mala Sinha’s Daughter Pratibha is Monitoring the Project

As per the reports, construction is in progress, and the building is scheduled to be completed within three to four years. It further claims that the Mala Sinha family will have two floors in the project. The legendary actress’ daughter Pratibha Sinha, who has also worked in the entertainment world, visits the site daily to keep an eye on the construction process. Mala Sinha has temporarily relocated to a Bandra apartment.
