The highly anticipated historical drama ‘Chhaava’ is set to bring the remarkable story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj to the silver screen on February 14, 2025. The team went to extraordinary lengths to source authentic Paithani sarees and restore antique borders for Rashmika Mandanna’s costumes. Even the iconic sword Bhavani was meticulously recreated using references from London museums.

Production Journey
Under the banner of Maddock Films, led by producer Dinesh Vijan, the project began pre-production in April 2023. The filming phase, which commenced in October 2023, concluded in May 2024, allowing ample time for post-production work to perfect the period details and visual effects.
